The key smart card system is awful, and this video only makes things more confusing as the smart card fares option doesn’t appear anywhere online
They used to but for some stupid reason you cant anymore, you only can at the station, and online for season tickets
Just did what the video described. Ordered the Key card and topp it up online... and NO it isn't as easy as the Clip describes.You can't just top up the card online. Still have to bloody queue. I feel like I got ribbed off again, just like the f*cking BREXIT lie.
